MoveMentor
What is MoveMentor Practical?
The practical component is an exciting and inclusive adventure for both educators and children. Educators have the unique opportunity to witness firsthand how Pilates classes work, guided by a qualified exercise physiologist. These face-to-face classes, held for 30 minutes each week during the school term, vividly illustrate the benefits of our program for children's development.

Theory
MoveMentor
What is MoveMentor Theory?
The theory course is structured into manageable modules that educators can complete over a year, with an estimated time commitment of around 5 hours. This course will delve into how and why movement impacts the 5 key areas of developments. It will give your educators practical examples of what to do and how to include more movement into each day.

Early Years Movement Curriculum
What is it?
This 40-week program is designed to spark children’s holistic development through fun, engaging movement activities! This curriculum was inspired by feedback from many centre's we’ve worked, it’s packed with everything educators need to easily integrate movement into their day.
